Youth Education.

Our "Kids for Water" activity-based youth education programs in the United States inform local communities about the worldwide water crisis to inspire positive change. The program partners with local organizations to educate and empower youth, and shows how their action in the community has global impact.

  • Surge teaching local Girl Scouts about water conservation.
  • Co-founder: Shilpa Alva teaching kids about the World Water Crisis.
  • Our youth group made a water-focused collage!

Our programs have inspired several youth groups to make a difference through creating informational videos and educational radio programs, and raising funds for water filters that provided emergency relief after the Haitian earthquake.

"I was really excited when Surge came in to teach us about how other countries don't have as much access to water as we do in the US . I learned a lot and I knew that I wanted to help raise money in any way I could."
